Experience:
I have over thirty years of experience in life-cycle systems engineering and program management on diverse and complex programs. I have twenty-five years of direct support within the Intelligence Community across multiple SIGINT disciplines including COMINT, FISINT and ELINT. I have significant experience with definition, design, development, integration, testing and deployment of SIGINT systems built using signal processing frameworks (including MIDAS), with system/subsystem deliveries to over twenty different locations worldwide. I have an active TS/SCI clearance with current CI polygraph.
